How do I play?
Tap "Scrape the hull" a few times until you can afford a foundry, then buy it. From that point the ship earns on its own and your job becomes deciding what to build next. Everything else appears as you go; there is nothing to learn up front.
What am I aiming for?
A crossing of one light year. Once the drive is running, the bar at the top fills on its own. Reaching the end is landfall: the colony is founded, you launch again from it, and you keep a permanent multiplier on everything. The second crossing is considerably quicker than the first.
Why is my drive running slowly?
The drive burns power and each stage wants its own share. If you have more drive than reactor, it runs at whatever fraction the reactors can feed, and the exhaust on the ship gets visibly shorter. Buy reactors and it speeds back up.
Does it keep going when the app is closed?
Yes, for up to eight hours. Coming back runs exactly the same simulation the game runs while you are watching, second by second, rather than an estimate. The cap exists so that closing the app forever is never the best way to play.
What does the upgrade buy?
It removes the advert option permanently and grants the bonus it would have given you. One purchase, no subscription, and there is nothing else for sale.
I paid and it did not appear
Open the game and choose Restore Purchases. Purchases attach to your Apple Account rather than to a phone, so this is also how you get the upgrade back on a new device. If it still does not show, write to us with the date of the purchase and we will work it out.
I lost my voyage
Your save lives only on your phone, so deleting the app or wiping the device removes it, and we have no copy to restore because none is ever sent to us. That is the cost of the app having no account and no server. Cloud saves are the most requested thing on our list.
Can I turn the sound off?
It starts off. The speaker button above the ship turns it on, and the haptics work either way.
